Anthem is a close-knit community of 149 town homes, and 68 single family homes. Located just 10 minutes from the heart of uptown Charlotte, Anthem offers the best of both worlds; providing the excitement of city life, with the peaceful atmosphere of a planned residential community.
Every property owner within the Anthem community is a member of the Homeowner’s Association. Membership is broken down into two categories, “A1″ Members are single family homeowners, and “A2″ Members are town home owners.
